Blinkay Valet parking is a low cost system for the management, reservation and payment for parking in small and medium size lots, where a traditional solution cannot be applied due to its high costs and installation complexity.
What is Blinkay Valet?
The module allows:
ANPR cameras allow to audit the collection and eliminates the corruption. The system detects plates that are not paid (violators) or scofflaws or hotlist through the fixed cameras with embedded LPR processing.
The system allows the customer pay with multiple payment methods and the operator implement different rates: visitor passes, permits zones, etc… all by minimizing hardware necessary to manage parking operation.
Fully integrated with our enforcement system, If a car enters the parking lot and there is no payment found related to the license plate after the grace period the system automatically generates an alarm to the assigned agent or group.
How does it work?
Parking Zones are equipped with LPR cameras at the entrance and exit that scan license plates and send the data in real-time to the back office, supporting both gated or free flow parking lots.
1- Entry: Record vehicle entry by license plate.
2- Payment: Automate payment using a mobile app able to accept EMV credit card payments and printing receipts, a parking meter installed in the lot or pay by phone solutions.
3- Exit: Once the payment is complete, the vehicle’s exit is permitted and recorded.
The management and payment of members and residents is allowed and automated.
Any possibility of fraud is eliminated; the whole system runs online in real-time and entry, exiting, and payment are all recorded ELECTRONICALLY.
